🎪 Team Connect

Precarious Beer Project
Plan for after Saturday games — come grab a beer and let the boys run wild in the arcade.
Right in Merchants Square at the edge of Colonial Williamsburg, Precarious is a lively beer hall with craft brews from 48 taps and two walk-up food counters inside: Electric Circus Taco Bar for street-style tacos and nachos, and Ol' Dominion Burger for smash burgers and fries. The real hook for the kids is the arcade — a full room of vintage and modern games including skee-ball, pinball, air hockey, and arcade basketball. Ample indoor and outdoor seating; no reservations needed. A great spot to decompress after a full day on the fields.
Also worth considering Alt Option
Billsburg Brewery
Waterfront brewery near Jamestown — different vibe, great outdoor space.
Nestled on a 10-acre marina along the James River, just off the Colonial Parkway near Jamestown Settlement. Rotating food trucks, scenic deck seating, weekly live music, and a family-friendly lawn with games. A more relaxed, spread-out option if you want a bit more air and water views after being on the fields all day.

🍔 Nearby Eats

Cook's Burger Bar Burgers / American Retro-inspired burger joint from the same group behind Precarious and Amber Ox. Certified Angus beef, tallow fries, wings, and a tight lineup of local beers and bourbon. Two locations — the Midtown Row spot (1246 Richmond Rd) is the most convenient from the fields. Old-school diner energy, no frills, just a really good burger.
Amber Ox Public House New American / Seasonal Elevated but unpretentious pub fare in a modern industrial space on Prince George St. Farm-to-table seasonal menu with standouts like oak-smoked wings, shrimp and grits, and the AO Burger on house-baked brioche. Tufted banquettes, local produce prints on the wall, and craft cocktails to match. Great for a nicer post-tournament dinner. Reservations recommended. 525 Prince George St.
The Cheese Shop Deli / Sandwiches A Williamsburg institution on Merchants Square since 1973. Legendary sandwiches piled high with house-sliced meats and cheese, plus a surprisingly deep wine selection. The line is part of the experience — worth the wait for a game-day lunch pickup.
Pierce's Pitt Bar-B-Que BBQ / Southern A Williamsburg landmark since 1971 — a genuine old-school BBQ roadside stop on Rochambeau Dr. Pull-up-and-order format, picnic table seating, and some of the best pulled pork and coleslaw in Virginia. Cash-friendly, fast, and very family-friendly. A reliable call between games.
Alewerks Brewing Brewery / Pub One of Williamsburg's most established breweries with two taproom locations in town. Known for their Weekend Lager, Superb IPA, and seasonal Coffee Stout. House-baked pretzels and rotating food trucks. A solid, laid-back option for a post-game pint.
Casa Pearl Seafood / Tacos A newer favorite just minutes from downtown. Raw oysters, creative seafood tacos, and seasonal cocktails in an elevated but relaxed setting. A great pick for a post-tournament dinner if you want something a step up from the usual.

🎢 Nearby Attractions

Busch Gardens Williamsburg One of the best theme parks on the East Coast, just minutes from Warhill. European-themed worlds, world-class roller coasters (Pantheon is among the fastest in the world), live shows, and rides for all ages. Plan a full day — it's worth it. Tickets are cheaper online in advance.
Colonial Williamsburg Historic Area The country's largest outdoor living history museum — 301 acres, 89 original 18th-century buildings, and costumed interpreters around every corner. Walk Duke of Gloucester Street for free; a paid admission ticket gets you inside the buildings, guided tours, the Governor's Palace, and live reenactments. The Art Museums (Abby Aldrich Rockefeller Folk Art Museum + DeWitt Wallace Decorative Arts Museum) are now free and open year-round. Worth at least a walkthrough even without tickets — the vibe of the cobblestone streets alone is great. Also worth noting: 2026 is Colonial Williamsburg's 100th anniversary and the nation's 250th, so there's extra programming this summer.
Jamestown Settlement & Historic Jamestowne America's first permanent English settlement, about 15 minutes from the complex. Jamestown Settlement is an interactive living history museum with full-scale replicas of the 1607 ships and a re-created Powhatan village. Historic Jamestowne is the actual archaeological site on Jamestown Island — still actively being excavated. A Historic Triangle ticket (available at either site) covers both plus Colonial Williamsburg and Yorktown Battlefield over seven days.
American Revolution Museum at Yorktown About 20 minutes east. Immersive galleries covering the full arc of the Revolution, plus an outdoor living history area with a Continental Army encampment and farm. Often less crowded than Colonial Williamsburg and genuinely excellent — especially for kids who've studied the Revolution.
Jamestown-Scotland Ferry A free, 20-minute car ferry across the James River — a favorite for families. Runs 24/7 year-round. Great impromptu activity between games or on the drive home. Load up, enjoy the river views, and ride back.
Water Country USA The largest water park in the mid-Atlantic, just minutes from Busch Gardens. Wave pools, waterslides, a lazy river, and a full kids' zone. A natural complement if you're doing a Busch Gardens day on Saturday and want something more laid-back on Sunday morning.
